In Egypt, why poverty is rising despite the region's fastest economic growth: "The trickle-down effect theory that has been believed in for ages is not working," the head of Egypt’s stock exchange, Mohamed Farid Saleh, tells New Markets TV. "You need to have social safety nets in place that are supporting the least privileged who are going to be affected by the reforms."
