Nigeria’s foremost business and markets broadcast journalist, producer and show anchor with 30 years experience, spanning newspapers, magazines and a dozen radio and television channels, Boason most recently led Bloomberg TV Africa and the primetime business show on Channels Television, Nigeria's biggest business TV platform. He has driven coverage of major global and African news events since 1998, when he created his first Africa-focused business show on Minaj Broadcast International. Over the decades, he has interviewed world leaders from Davos to Dakar. 

Boason speaks and moderates at local and international gatherings such as the UN Sustainable Energy Summit of SE4ALL in New York, the annual meetings of Africa Export-Import Bank, the Africa Energy Forum, Nigeria Economic Summit Group, Deloitte Economic Outlook and the Presidential Economic Dialogue of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry. 

Boason's pioneering reporting has twice won him the Pearl Award Capital Market Journalist of the Year. He is an adviser on economic management and governance, and has led investment roadshows in the UK, New York Stock Exchange and Chicago Board Options Exchange.
